A matchbox drops into the top, the slot in the side shows how full it is, and the little tray pulls out at the bottom. It hangs from a keyhole slot at the top. This is a licensed John Deere reproduction piece (Made in China sticker on the tray), made in the style of the old farmhouse match safes — a great working piece for beside the wood stove, and an easy add to a John Deere collection.

Details
Brand: John Deere (licensed reproduction piece)
Design: Wall-mount tin matchbox holder — matchbox drops in the top, viewing slot in the side, pull-out tray at the bottom, keyhole hanger at the top
Text: "John Deere / Moline, Ill. / The Trade Mark of Quality / Made Famous by Good Implements" with the leaping deer logo
Material: Painted tin metal
Colour: John Deere green with yellow lettering
Markings: "Made in China" sticker on the pull-out tray
Quantity: 1
Included: 1 John Deere tin matchbox holder (matches not included)

Condition
Excellent used condition.
