Jay’s Mercantile specializes in vintage, antique, collectible, and one-of-a-kind items. Because of the unique and pre-owned nature of these products, all sales are final, except where required by law or where an item has been significantly misrepresented.

PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE PURCHASING

Please carefully review all descriptions and photographs before purchasing. Vintage and pre-owned items may show age-related wear, marks, fading, scratches, or other signs of previous use.

We make every effort to accurately describe each item’s condition and disclose any known flaws. If you have questions about an item’s condition, age, measurements, or features, please contact Jay’s Mercantile before purchasing.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally not accepted due to the unique nature of our inventory.

If you believe an item has been significantly misrepresented, please contact Jay’s Mercantile as soon as possible so the situation can be reviewed.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup in Pacific Heights, Saskatoon, SK is preferred. Pickup is by appointment only. The pickup address will be provided after your order has been confirmed.

Cash payment is required for local pickup.

SHIPPED ORDERS

Shipping may be available on select items. Shipping availability, cost, and payment arrangements will be confirmed before an item is shipped.

If an item arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact Jay’s Mercantile promptly and retain the item and all original packaging while the matter is reviewed.
