Jay’s Mercantile specializes in vintage, antique, collectible, retro, and one-of-a-kind items. Because of the unique nature of these products, all sales are final.

PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE PURCHASING

Please carefully review all descriptions and photographs before purchasing. Vintage and pre-owned items may show signs of age, use, wear, or previous ownership. These characteristics are part of their history and will be described and photographed as accurately as possible.

If you have questions about an item’s condition, age, size, maker, features, or shipping availability, please contact Jay’s Mercantile before purchasing. We’re happy to provide additional information or photographs whenever possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally not accepted.

However, if an item has been significantly misrepresented in its listing, please contact Jay’s Mercantile as soon as possible so the situation can be reviewed.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup in Pacific Heights, Saskatoon, SK is preferred. Pickup is by appointment only. The pickup address will be provided after your order has been confirmed.

Cash payment is required for local pickup. Please bring the exact amount whenever possible.

SHIPPED ORDERS

Shipping may be available on select items. Please contact Jay’s Mercantile to confirm shipping availability and receive a quote.

If there is a problem with a shipped order, please contact Jay’s Mercantile promptly so the situation can be reviewed.
