A charming lot of 18 vintage enamel lapel pins featuring the tiger mascots of the 1989 Jeux Canada Games in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Each pin shows the mascots in a different sport pose — rowing, tennis, baseball, volleyball, soccer, fishing, sailing, and more — in bright orange, yellow, red and blue enamel with a gold-tone finish. One pin shows the mascot pair on a metal whistle, and there's also a small white team-bus-style pin with the mascots. Mascot pins were the most collected souvenirs of the Games, and this full set on its original display card makes a great starter collection or a colourful add-on to a Saskatchewan sports memorabilia display. Condition

From the photos, the enamel is bright and the pins look clean and well kept, with no obvious chips or fading. Light wear is normal for pins of this age and should be expected. Individual pins have not been graded one by one. Pin backs are not shown in the photo.
