An impressive 1999 ERTL Collectibles Prestige Series Budweiser 1954 GMC Series 950 tractor-trailer coin bank, featuring a detailed black GMC cab and Great Dane trailer decorated with vintage Budweiser advertising graphics.

This is ERTL Stock Number 27170, produced as an officially licensed Anheuser-Busch adult collectible. The box identifies it as an authentic replica die-cast metal coin bank, and the trailer features a series of historic Budweiser logos from different eras.

The rear doors of the trailer were designed to open to reveal the case-load interior, along with the coin slot and access door, making this much more than a basic die-cast truck.

The packaging dates the piece to 1999, and ERTL collector references identify Stock #27170 as the 1999 black 1954 GMC tractor with Great Dane trailer, measuring approximately 19½" long × 3¾" wide × 6" high.

This one is especially appealing because it retains its large original Prestige Series box, interior Styrofoam packaging and protective wrapping.

Condition

The truck and trailer appear to be in excellent, lightly handled vintage condition, with much of the original protective wrapping still in place.

The original box is also present, which adds significantly to collector appeal. The box shows typical storage wear, including light rubbing, edge and corner wear, minor creasing and some surface marks.

Because the model remains largely packed in its original materials, I would leave it that way rather than completely unpacking it just for photographs. The protective packaging is part of the appeal for a collector.

Please review all photographs carefully as they form part of the condition description.
