Antique E.T. Wright & Co. 1-Quart Metal Oil Measure

Description

A genuine piece of early Canadian industrial history, this one-quart metal measure features a handled body, angled filling top and narrow pouring spout. The front is embossed “1 Quart – E.T. Wright & Co. Limited.”

Originally intended for measuring and dispensing oil or other liquids, it now makes an excellent display piece for a vintage garage, workshop, office or industrial-themed collection. Its naturally aged surface gives it plenty of authentic character.

Condition

Authentic aged condition with extensive surface wear, scratches, oxidation, discolouration, residue and areas of patina. The end of the spout shows some distortion and wear. No restoration has been attempted. Please review all photographs carefully, as they form part of the description.
