Three original antique real photo postcards (RPPCs) from the pioneer era, sold as one lot — real photographs on postcard stock, not printed cards. Two show prairie sod houses with the families who lived in them: one family gathered around an outdoor table in front of their soddie, the other a big multi-generation group posed proudly at the sod house door, children in their best clothes and a baby carriage at the front. The third is an occupational scene: three brickyard workers with their wooden forming frame, with tall stacks of fresh bricks or clay blocks curing behind them. Together they're a small, honest window onto homestead life a century ago — the house built out of the prairie itself, and the work that came with it. The cards carry no captions and the location is not identified on them, so they are offered exactly as found.

Details
Type: Real photo postcards (RPPCs) — genuine photographic prints on postcard backs
Card 1: Family group seated around an outdoor table in front of a prairie sod house; a man drinks from a cup in the doorway, children beside the table
Card 2: Large family group posed in front of a sod house — adults and children in formal dress, white bonnets on the little ones, a baby carriage at lower left
Card 3: Three brickyard workers at work — two men at a wooden A-frame forming rig with a rope-wound cylinder, a third standing in a heavy coat, stacks of bricks or clay blocks behind them
Backs: Period divided backs, all blank and unused — no writing, no stamps, no postmarks. One back has the AZO stamp box (triangle corners, c. 1904–1918 style); the others have period stamp boxes of the same era (one marked "Place Postage / Stamp Here" with a swirl logo, one with a squared stamp-box design)
Size: 5.5 x 3.5 inches each (per seller)
Era: Early 1900s–1910s, based on the divided-back RPPC format and stamp boxes; no dates printed on the cards
Location: Not identified on the cards — sod-house scenes are classic prairie/plains pioneer subjects
Quantity: 3 cards
Included: All 3 real photo postcards shown (fronts and backs pictured)

Condition
Good antique condition for their age. Photographs are clear with strong detail — faces, clothing, the sod walls and the brick stacks all read well. The family-at-the-table card has brown foxing spots along its top edge and margin. The large family group card has scattered foxing spots, light surface wear, and softened corners. The brickyard card is the cleanest of the three, with light edge toning. All three backs show age toning and foxing spots, heavier on the AZO-back card. No creases through the images, no tears, and all three are postally unused. Please review all photos, front and back, for the exact condition of each card.
