Cockshutt Farm Equipment Matchbook Covers Lot of 2 – Willow Bunch Saskatchewan & Bonnyville Alberta – Tractor Artwork

Two wide-format Cockshutt Farm Equipment matchbook covers — covers only, flattened for collecting — from the Brantford, Ontario tractor maker, each printed for a prairie dealer. The red-and-yellow cover shows the full Cockshutt tractor lineup of the day — the 20, 30, 40 and 50 models ("4 Series, 26 Models — Powerful, Dependable, Economical") — and was printed for Ed. Beattie, Cockshutt Farm Equipment, Repairs and Service, Willow Bunch, Saskatchewan, Phone 75. The brown cover goes big on a single tractor under the slogan "POWER-IFIC — 16 Great New Models," printed for Baril Farm Equipment, Cockshutt Sales & Service, Bonnyville, Alberta, Phone 39. Both carry the classic Cockshutt target-and-arrow badge. The tractor models pictured place these in Cockshutt's 1950s era, before the company was absorbed into White Farm Equipment in the early 1960s. Great pieces for a Cockshutt or Canadian farm-memorabilia collection.
