Gemmy Garden Gnome Statue – Battery Animated Gnome – Does Not Work – Red Hat and White Beard – 9 x 10 Inches – Plastic Garden Decor

This big cheerful gnome was built by Gemmy — the novelty company behind half the animated holiday figures ever made — as a battery-powered animated garden gnome, with the battery compartment, on/off switch and speaker built into his base. The electronics do NOT work, so he is being sold as a decorative statue only — but as a statue he still delivers: tall floppy red hat, long white beard, navy coat and his arms out in a welcoming wave. A fun greeter for a doorstep, deck or flowerbed, and a neat find for a Gemmy collector.

Condition
Used, outdoor condition. The battery electronics have been tested and do not work — no sound or animation — so please buy him as a statue, not a toy. He is dusty and grimy from garden use, with scuffs and wear to the paint, a worn pale spot on the tip of his hat, rub wear on the fingertips, and speckled grime on the boots. His face and hands are a dark brown tone with a white beard, as made. No cracks or breaks seen, and he stands steady on his own.
