A sealed piece of recent Canadian grocery and advertising history featuring the discontinued Aunt Jemima brand name.

This bilingual Canadian box originally contained 905 grams of buttermilk pancake and waffle mix. It retains its colourful red, cream and blue packaging, pancake photography, preparation instructions, nutrition panels and original retail barcode.

The Aunt Jemima name was replaced by Pearl Milling Company in 2021, making surviving unopened packages interesting examples of discontinued food branding and packaging history.
