Texaco Canada Lot – 1958 Farm Notebook (Unused) + Alberta/BC and Manitoba/Saskatchewan Road Maps – McColl-Frontenac, Gousha, Rolph-McNally

Three pieces of Texaco Canada paper, sold together. The star is the Texaco Farm Notebook and Manual of Useful Facts, 1958 Edition — the green cornucopia-cover booklet dealers handed to farm customers, filled with lubrication charts for the era's tractors (Caterpillar, Cockshutt, Co-op and more), a maintenance section, and Havoline and Marfak advertising — and this copy is unused, its record page blank and dealer box unstamped. With it come two folding road maps: Alberta and British Columbia under a colourful illustrated Western cover (totem pole, skier, bronco rider, oil derricks), with city maps for Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary and Edmonton and an Alaska–Yukon inset; and Manitoba and Saskatchewan under a George Hunter prairie-farm photograph, the reverse loaded with Saskatoon, Regina, Moose Jaw, Winnipeg and Fort William city maps. One lot for the Texaco collector, the farm-paper collector, and the map drawer all at once.

Condition
Very good overall. The Farm Notebook is unused — blank record page, clean bright pages, light cover wear. Both maps open flat with bright printing and fold lines; the Alberta/BC map has light cover wear and a few light pencil marks on the city-map side near the Calgary/Edmonton insets; the Manitoba/Saskatchewan map shows light cover edge wear. No tears seen. Sold exactly as shown in the photos.
