Description
Add a fun piece of 1960s nostalgia to a shelf, office or vintage display with this large treasure chest coin bank. Made by Silvestri Bros. Co. in 1965, it features a deep red wood-grain finish with black straps, decorative gold corner accents and a moulded padlock.
Because of the damage on the back, this piece is best suited for decorative display, prop use or a restoration project.

Condition
Vintage condition with considerable age-related wear. There is a large broken opening on the back, along with paint loss, chips, scuffs and surface marks. The green felt covering on the bottom also shows wear.
Because coins can escape through the damaged opening, it is recommended primarily as a display or restoration piece rather than as a functional coin bank. Please review all photos carefully, as they form an important part of the description.
