Vintage Beacon 5-Piece Kitchen Canister Set – Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Cookies & Flour

A great mid-century vintage kitchen canister set by Beacon, featuring five matching rectangular canisters with cream and pale yellow bodies, brown lids, and classic red decorative lettering.

The set includes Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Cookies and Flour, making it a more interesting set than the more commonly found four-piece flour/sugar/coffee/tea combinations. The warm cream, yellow and brown colour combination has an excellent 1950s–1960s retro kitchen look.

Condition

Good vintage condition overall with wear consistent with age and previous kitchen use. Some of the colouring and lettering has faded, and there are scattered marks, scratches and discolouration. The backs are noticeably plainer/faded compared with the fronts. Please review the photos carefully as they form part of the condition description.

I would not try to restore or aggressively clean these. Their original lettering and aged finish are part of their appeal.
