Vintage Cast Iron Uncle Sam Working Mechanical Coin Bank – 11"
Vintage Cast Iron Uncle Sam Working Mechanical Coin Bank – 11"
Couldn't load pickup availability
A colourful vintage mechanical bank featuring Uncle Sam dressed in classic red, white and blue, standing beside his carpetbag on a patriotic eagle-decorated base.
Place a coin in Uncle Sam’s outstretched hand and press the button to activate the mechanism. His arm moves, his mouth opens and the coin drops into the bag. The mechanism has been tested and is working.
This is a later cast-iron reproduction of the classic Uncle Sam mechanical bank design, rather than an original 1800s bank. Its substantial weight, moving action and bold hand-painted appearance make it a fun display piece for a bookshelf, office, games room or mechanical-bank collection.
