Vintage Eastern Canada Road & Tourist Map Lot of 9 – Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Québec, 1981 Era + Canadian Metro Maps Book

A ready-made Eastern Canada map lot: nine vintage folding road and tourist maps from around 1981, sold as a set. The provincial official maps are all here — Nova Scotia's 1981 "Highways & Byways," New Brunswick's metric 1981-82 official road map, the Newfoundland and Labrador Official Road Map, and Prince Edward Island's purple 1981 Official Tourist Map, packed with numbered attraction listings from Green Gables House to the Province House National Historic Site. PEI appears twice more counting the green "Visitors Map" (free distribution issue, bilingual), and Québec twice too: the Transports Québec "le Québec à la carte" with its cartoon cover, and "Les Routes du Québec" under a painted Château Frontenac cover. There's also a pitcher-plant Newfoundland tourist map — and two of these maps carry a surprise Saskatchewan connection: they were stamped by the Battlefords Tourist and Convention Bureau of North Battleford, Sask., which handed them out to prairie travellers heading east. Rounding out the lot is a bound Canadian Metro Maps volume, No. 3, covering the Atlantic Provinces and Québec, with its original $1.95 price on the back. Great raw material for a Maritimes or road-trip display.

Condition
Good vintage condition for folding road maps. All nine are complete and legible with bright cover art. Expect normal fold-line wear and softening, light edge and corner wear, and toning consistent with age. Noted flaws: pencil numbers written on the cover of Les Routes du Québec, a price sticker on the front of the Metro Maps volume, and light soiling on a few inside panels. Please review all photos for the exact condition of each map.
