Vintage Japan Canada Souvenir Candlestick Telephone Salt & Pepper Shakers – Green Ceramic – 3.5"

A fun vintage souvenir set with a great mid-century novelty look.

This matching pair of ceramic salt and pepper shakers is shaped like old-fashioned candlestick telephones. Each features a glossy olive/avocado green glaze with darker brown shading around the base and details.

The fronts are decorated with “CANADA” lettering and a small illustrated Canadian-themed scene, giving them extra appeal as both vintage kitchenware and Canadian souvenir collectibles.

The bottoms are marked “JAPAN,” and both retain their plastic stoppers.

Condition

Very good vintage condition overall.

Both shakers appear intact with no obvious cracks or major chips visible in the photos. The glaze remains bright with attractive vintage colour variation.

There is normal age-related wear, including some light surface marks and wear around the unglazed foot rims. The printed Canada graphics show some age and fading, which is typical for souvenir pieces of this period.

Both bottom stoppers are present.

Please review all photos carefully as they form part of the condition description.
