Vintage Labatt’s Lite Polar Bear Beer Beach Patio Umbrella – 80" x 60"

Fantastic vintage Labatt’s Lite promotional beach/patio umbrella featuring the classic polar bear advertising graphics.

The canopy has a bold blue-and-white alternating panel design with multiple Labatt’s Lite polar bear logos around the outer edge. At approximately 80" across × 60" high, this is a substantial original brewery advertising piece with excellent display presence.

Unlike smaller beer signs and glasses, promotional umbrellas were working commercial pieces that were exposed to the elements and often discarded when advertising campaigns changed. This surviving example would make a great addition to a Canadian breweriana collection, home bar, patio, cottage, garage or brewery-themed display.

Condition

Good vintage used condition with obvious signs of previous outdoor/commercial use.

The fabric shows dirt, staining, discolouration and general age-related wear, particularly on the white sections. There are also marks and wear throughout from storage and use.

The photos show the umbrella open and standing, and the frame appears substantially intact. This has not been professionally cleaned, so there may be an opportunity to improve its appearance considerably with careful cleaning.

The Labatt’s Lite polar bear graphics remain very recognizable and display well. Please review all photos carefully for exact condition.
