Vintage Minneapolis-Moline Matchbook Cover Lot of 4 – Saskatchewan Dealers, Eddy Match Co. – MM Tractor Advertising

Four different Saskatchewan farm country matchbook covers, all built around the same great Minneapolis-Moline design: a bright red cover with the gold MM tractor, the "MM — Minneapolis-Moline — Modern Machinery" logo, and the slogan "Quality Built — Tractors & Farm Machinery." Each cover was printed for a different Saskatchewan MM dealer, with the dealer's name in the yellow band: Prairie Gold Equipment of Nokomis, Hobman & Franks of Somme, territory manager F. C. Sim of Tisdale, and Kelvington Garage of Kelvington — every one finished with "See us for Parts & Service," "Always Be Safety Wise," and short old-style phone numbers (79, 27, and 66). All four were made in Canada by the Eddy Match Co. Limited. Sold as one lot of 4 — a ready-made Saskatchewan farm advertising display, and a strong pickup for Minneapolis-Moline and matchcover collectors alike.

Condition
Good vintage condition overall, sold as collectible covers (no matches included). Colours remain bright and the dealer names are fully legible on all four. Honest wear as shown: edge and fold wear, scuffing, and staple marks at the tops. The F. C. Sim (Tisdale) cover is the roughest — heavy wear and scuffing across the black striker strip and red ink transfer on the inside, plus creasing. The Prairie Gold (Nokomis) cover has a pink ink mark inside. The insides are plain and show age toning. None of the four appear to have been struck. Please review all photos, front and back, for the exact condition of each cover.
