Vintage Nabob Irradiated Coffee Tin – 1 lb – Vancouver Canada

Fantastic vintage Nabob Irradiated Coffee tin with bold red, green, black and gold graphics.

The tin is marked “Nabob Irradiated Coffee” and “Roaster Fresh / Vacuum Packed”, with additional wording noting the coffee was irradiated by a patented scientific process. It also carries the Nabob Coffee – Vancouver, Canada branding.

This is a very attractive piece of Canadian grocery advertising, with strong display appeal for collectors of vintage coffee tins, kitchen advertising, general store memorabilia and Canadian packaging.

The original lid is present and removable.

Condition

Good vintage condition with authentic age-related wear.

The graphics remain bright and attractive, although there is visible surface wear, scratches, scuffs, edge wear, oxidation and areas of paint loss. The lid and exposed metal surfaces show age-related tarnish and discoloration, and there is some light rust spotting inside.

The lid remains with the tin and appears to fit properly.
