Vintage National Washboard Co. No. 510 Wooden Crate Panel Sign – 11.25" x 5"

Wonderful old National Washboard Co. wooden advertising/crate panel with original stenciled lettering reading “National Washboard Co.” and “National 510.”

The weathered wood, faded red and black factory graphics, and names Chicago, Saginaw and Memphis give this piece exactly the kind of authentic industrial character collectors look for. It appears to have originally been part of a National Washboard Co. shipping or packing crate rather than a purpose-made advertising sign.

At approximately 11.25 x 5 inches, it is an easy size to display on a shelf, incorporate into a gallery wall, or use as rustic farmhouse and laundry-room décor.

Condition

Good authentic vintage condition with substantial age-related wear, fading, staining, scratches and surface weathering. The lettering is worn but remains readable and gives the piece excellent original character. No attempt has been made to restore or refinish it.
