Straight out of a glovebox from the golden age of the Ontario road trip — before GPS, when the passenger navigated and the map never quite folded back the same way. This lot of eight pieces centres on four official Ontario road maps spanning 1971 to 1986/87, the "Yours to Discover" years, plus an AAA Toronto city map, a MapArt Brampton city plan, and two Ontario tourism brochures. The 1972 map's illustrated cover, with its orange bush plane over a highway interchange, is worth framing on its own. Great lot for a map collector, a Canadiana display, or anyone who drove these highways when they were new.
