Vintage Red Metal Wall-Mount Retractable Double Clothesline Reel – Hand Crank

A fantastic old-school laundry piece with genuine farmhouse character. This vintage red metal clothesline reel mounts to a wall or post and uses a hand crank to wind the cotton clothesline back into the housing when not in use.

The double-line design, original red finish and honest age-related patina make this a great display piece for a vintage laundry room, farmhouse décor collection or collection of early household accessories. Similar hand-crank retractable clothesline reels became especially popular during the mid-20th century.
