Vintage WEN All Saw Model 909 Electric Sabre/Jig Saw – Tested Working

A great piece of mid-century workshop history, this vintage WEN “all SAW” Model 909 features the heavy cast-metal construction and unmistakable industrial styling of early portable power tools.

Made by WEN Products, Inc. of Chicago, the Model 909 dates to approximately the 1950s era and represents an early style of portable electric sabre/jig saw.

This example has been tested and is working. It would make a fantastic addition to a vintage tool collection, workshop display, garage décor collection, or could potentially be put back into service with the appropriate blade.

Condition

Good vintage used condition with authentic wear from age and previous use. The metal body shows scratches, scuffs, oxidation, staining and areas of surface rust, particularly around the base and underside. The cord also shows age and wear.

The saw has been tested and powers/runs as expected.

No blades are included.
